Sunwise is a cooperative household in the Village Homes development in West Davis. The building is an eight bedroom 2,800 square foot structure that houses eight or nine people. The home features energy saving elements of design including solar heated water, passive solar heating and cooling, clothes lines and a large garden. Sunwise is owned by Solar Community Housing Association. The residents cook communal vegetarian/vegan meals Monday through Thursday. There are also chickens in the Sunwise Co-op coop.

If you are interested in living at Sunwise, contact the house to be put on a call list to be interviewed when a room becomes available.

Sunwise is seeking boarders! (Boarders: Someone who cooks and eats with us.) If you want a cheap place to cook and eat organic, vegetarian dinners with a bunch of friendly faces, please stop by at 7:30, Monday-Thursday.
